Eligibility and Age Verification
PhysiqueMog is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Users who misrepresent their age are solely responsible for the consequences. PhysiqueMog may terminate accounts suspected of age misrepresentation without notice or refund.
Permitted Use
PhysiqueMog is intended for real-time, consensual physique competition between adults. Live streams are peer-to-peer and intended for competition only.
AI Scoring Disclaimer
PhysiqueMog uses artificial intelligence, including TensorFlow MoveNet and Groq vision models, to generate physique scores during battles. These scores are for entertainment only and do not constitute medical advice, professional fitness assessment, body-composition analysis, or any form of health evaluation.
AI scores are algorithmic estimates based on camera geometry and visual analysis and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unfair. By using PhysiqueMog, you acknowledge that AI scores have no professional validity and should not be used to make decisions about your health, fitness, diet, or wellbeing. PhysiqueMog makes no representation about the accuracy or fairness of scoring results.
TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance
PhysiqueMog complies with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12, signed May 19, 2025). We prohibit the knowing publication of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including AI-generated digital forgeries covered by the law.
Video battles are designed as peer-to-peer streams, and PhysiqueMog does not record or store battle video. To submit a removal request, visit physiquemog.com/takedown or email physiquemog@gmail.com. Valid requests are actioned as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt where the Act applies.
Prohibited Conduct
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account and device-level bans.
Account Suspension
PhysiqueMog may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity. Severe or repeated violations may result in action without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
PhysiqueMog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhysiqueMog and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
This includes emotional distress arising from AI scores, loss of ELO rating, technical failures during battles, loss of data, or actions of other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to PhysiqueMog during the 12 months preceding the claim, which is zero for free users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Rajasthan, India. Users outside India may also have mandatory rights under their local laws.
Changes
We may update these terms when the platform, law, or our practices change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
