You must be at least 18 years old to use PhysiqueMog. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Misrepresentation of age will result in a permanent ban. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use PhysiqueMog to transmit nudity, sexually explicit content, or content involving minors. You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. You agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute any video content from live battles without the express consent of all parties involved.
3. LIVE VIDEO AND PRIVACY
All battles are live-streamed in real time between two matched users. We do not record or store video streams. By entering a battle, you consent to your live video being visible to your matched opponent and any spectators currently viewing. You may use the face blur feature to anonymize your identity.
4. CONTENT MODERATION
We use automated nudity detection and community reporting to enforce our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in session termination, temporary suspension, or permanent banning. We reserve the right to act on reports at our sole discretion.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
PhysiqueMog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of AI scoring, or the conduct of other users. Use the platform at your own risk.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhysiqueMog and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
