Overview

PhysiqueMog respects intellectual-property rights. Battle video is designed as a peer-to-peer stream and is not recorded or stored by PhysiqueMog, which limits traditional stored-content scenarios. We nevertheless review valid copyright notices promptly.

Notice Requirements

A valid copyright notice should include:

Your full legal name and contact information.
A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
A description and URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Notices

Email physiquemog@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." We aim to acknowledge complete notices promptly and take appropriate action after review.

Counter Notices

If material associated with your account was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice to the same email address. Include your contact information, the location of the removed material, your consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

PhysiqueMog may suspend or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may restrict access where necessary to preserve applicable safe-harbor protections.

No Video Storage

PhysiqueMog does not record or store user battle video. Live peer-to-peer streams end when the battle ends. If a notice concerns another type of material hosted or displayed by PhysiqueMog, identify it as specifically as possible so it can be located and reviewed.
