1. WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service: session identifiers (non-persistent), ELO rating, battle history, and category preferences. We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information unless you create an account.
2. VIDEO DATA
Live video streams are transmitted peer-to-peer and are never recorded or stored on our servers. Video frames may be temporarily processed by our AI scoring system (Groq) for real-time physique analysis. These frames are not retained after analysis.
3. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We use localStorage to store your age confirmation status, face blur preference, and session settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. No advertising networks have access to your data.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your data. We may share minimal technical data with service providers (hosting, AI scoring) strictly necessary for platform operation. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. CONTENT MODERATION
When nudity detection is active, video frames are analyzed by automated systems. Frames flagged for violations may be reviewed by our moderation team for up to 24 hours, then permanently deleted.
6. DATA RETENTION
Battle results and ELO ratings are stored to maintain the ranking system. Session data is purged after 30 days of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact our Grievance Officer to exercise these rights.
